Northern Lights Tour

Tromsø is one of the best places in the world to experience the spectacular northern lights. We do everything we can to find the best locations to see them.

Tour Details:

Duration: 5-7 hours (may extend depending on conditions)
Departure/ Meeting point: 7:00 pm from
Magic Ice Bar Tromsø
Drop-off: Your hotel or nearby (max. 10 min away)
Minimum/Max: 2–12 guests
Age Limit: Minimum 10 years
Season: September 15 – April 5

There is no toilet on the bus. If we’re not at our private camp, there may be a bit of distance to the toilet.

Important to Bring:

Passport: May be required if crossing the border into Finland.
Clothing: Dress for extreme cold (-30°C possible). We recommend warm layers, boots, gloves, and a hat. We have a limited selection of thermosuits and winterboots, but it needs to be ordered on e-mail. You must also be able to walk yourself.

Refreshments:

Hot drinks and light local snacks included.
Please inform us of allergies when booking.

Safety:

Terrain may be slippery or uneven. Travel insurance is recommended, as Tromso Travel does not cover accidents.
Our buses have Euro Class 6 environmental classification

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before departure.
