Payment at the Time of Booking
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour will be fully refunded.
Tromso Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour due to Force Majeure, illness, or insufficient guest numbers. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance, as Tromso Travel does not provide coverage for this. Tromso Travel assumes no liability for any compensation, and in the event of disputes, Norwegian law will apply.
By entering into an agreement with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
The individual making the booking is responsible for ensuring that these terms and conditions are communicated to all parties involved. The minimum age for booking is 18.
We post photos from the trip on Facebook. Some images may also be used on Instagram and TikTok.
